Angella is a corporate lawyer at Law Squared with experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate structuring and shareholder arrangements. Since joining Law Squared, she has helped to advise founders, startups and established businesses on a wide range of corporate transactions, bringing a strong commercial lens and practical, solutions-focused approach.
Before joining Law Squared, Angella practised with leading firms Karlos Scanlan and A.B Lawyers in both Australia and New Zealand, where she built a solid foundation across corporate and commercial matters. Her experience enables her to quickly understand the unique needs of each client and deliver clear, actionable advice that balances legal protection with business outcomes.
Passionate about building genuine relationships, Angella is committed to supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of their business, from early-stage structuring through to complex transactions.
Outside of work, Angella channels her creativity into crocheting hats and experimenting with different cookie recipes - often with her spirited 18-month-old toddler by her side. When she’s not in mum mode, she enjoys unwinding with Pilates, picnics at the beach, and browsing her favourite local markets.
