Dan is an English qualified lawyer, with extensive experience in-house and in private practice advising on insurance, financial regulation, commercial, litigation and employment.
Dan is experienced in providing support to underwriters on policy wording and strategic advice to claims handlers on insurance liability, indemnity and coverage.
Prior to joining Law Squared, Dan most recently worked in-house in the insurance sector in the United Kingdom supporting an insurance underwriter, a managing general agent, a claims administrator and a law firm through a significant period of change.
Outside of work, Dan has an eclectic range of interests. To name a few; martial arts, theatre, strategic games, tennis, football and travel. Since moving to Australia, he has also become a bad surfer and is trying to understand the AFL world.
