Dani is responsible for People, Capability + Operations across Squared Group, managing these key functions and ensuring our Human Centred approach is at the core of our team’s employee experience. At Squared Group, this means shaping initiatives, processes and culture that support our people and business to thrive.
Having previously worked for a global marketing firm for over seven years in both administration and marketing roles, Dani understands the importance of process and structure to ensure the business runs seamlessly day in day out.
Dani prides herself on her ability to form and maintain relationships with her colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. With a naturally warm and friendly demeanour, Dani provides a pleasant and welcoming experience for every person she meets.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Dani in the pilates studio, in the kitchen whipping up healthy recipes or out and about embracing nature.
