Jacqueline makes up a key part of the Disputes + Litigation team at Law Squared.
Jacqueline currently holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and is undertaking her Masters of Law at Melbourne University. Jacqueline has extensive experience in her area of interest being insolvency and general commercial litigation – and has both assisted and acted on behalf of ASX listed clients, SME’s and sole traders.
Jacqueline’s background in insolvency work has provided her with the required know-how to identify companies that are trading whilst insolvent, to handle breach of director duties claims and to defend preference claims. Jacqueline prides herself on her extensive experience in the insolvency field which helps her provide the best possible transition and advice for her clients during what can be a distressing time.
During her downtime, Jacqueline is a keen Brisbane Lions and Melbourne United fan, and regularly attends games with her family and partner.
