Established in 2017, Medigrowth is an Australian owned manufacturer and supplier of premium Australian made medical cannabis. Headquartered in Melbourne, Medigrowth uses the finest cannabinoids extracted from the healthiest cannabis plants to provide a natural way to wellness.

  • As Medigrowth began to develop and grow as a business, they were in the market for a law firm that they could engage with to help them continue to drive the business forward. As an early stage start-up themselves, the team was drawn to Law Squared’s model of business and really connected with the way that Law Squared liked to do things a little bit outside of the box, just like themselves.

    Throughout the development phase of the Medigrowth journey, Founders Adam Guskich and Todd McClellan began to form a number of relationships both here in Australia as well as overseas, which meant that they needed some legal frameworks around those relationships. At the same time, they were also developing a subsidiary in New Zealand, which meant that they needed even more support with from the Law Squared team.

  • Medigrowth’s initial engagement with Law Squared saw the company successfully grow to a stage where they were able to develop a subsidiary in New Zealand. The Law Squared team also helped Medigrowth with a number of their initial agreements along with their initial trademark applications.

    Off the back of their initial engagement with Law Squared, Medigrowth continue to utilise Law Squared for a number of matters including commercial leasing, employment advice, letters of intent and the protection of their future IP.
