Law Squared x Monarc Global
Monarc Global is a private aircraft booking start-up based in Brisbane, that allows private aircraft operators to automate their quoting processes. Customers can find, book and pay for travel through a live booking system, as opposed to through a manual enquiry form, as operators have typically used.
The undersupply in customer service in the private aircraft charter industry, in addition to the need for a more on-demand quoting platform and providing a viable alternative for quoting, paved the way for Monarc Global to design and implement solutions and tools for operators to automate private aviation.

Monarc engaged Law Squared towards the end of 2018 after a contracting issue went wrong, which meant that the Monarc team was potentially going to lose valuable equity to their business. It just so happened that both Monarc and Law Squared shared the same building in Brisbane and therefore a relationship was built between the two, which allowed for them to work closely to ensure that the issue was dealt with before it got away from them.

After some negotiating with the former employee, the Law Squared team were able to come to an agreement which ended up saving Monarc a significant amount in lost funds and equity to their business.
Since the initial engagement with Law Squared, Monarc Global now utilise the wider Law Squared team for a variety of different needs including:
· the preparation of all key documents including terms and conditions and charter agreements;
· helping to raise capital; and
· any other ad hoc legal work they need done.
